After several days of rumours, today it was confirmed that Graziano Pelle would be making the switch from the Premier League to the money-rich land of the Chinese Super League.
Despite the £12million switch being rumoured for a number of days, the news has brought a mix of reactions from the Southampton faithful.

On his day Pelle was a real star for Southampton, and his 40 goals in 42 premier league games is a record of a world class centre forward.
At the same time, his contract was coming to an end, and at nearly 31 years old this was probably Saints’ last chance to sell. And to sell him on for a profit is great business.
