As reported by Sky Sports, Manchester United are interested in signing Marko Arnautovic from West Ham United during this summer’s transfer window.
Jose Mourinho was in attendance Austria’s recent match with Russia, watching Arnautovic provide the assist to his country’s 1-0 win over the World Cup hosts.
Sky reckon that West Ham value him at £50m.
The Hammers forward was the stand-out player at the London Stadium last season, his 11 goals helping them survive relegation from the English Premier League.
However, supporters aren’t keen on doing a deal for the 29-year-old, believing he isn’t of the standard required for the Red Devils to challenge for major silverware next term.
Many reckon he’d be a bad signing at any price, but the reported £50m valuation means most want to steer clear of such a transfer.
